Yaşam Vadisi Sport Festival, organized by the cooperation of Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Jogging Club and the Municipality of Beylikdüzü, was a great success.

After the footrace organized in public, students and children categories, Zumba, modern dance, aikido/Capoeira, gymnastics, Paw Touch, Hip-Hop concerts and performances attracted sports lovers.
 
YAŞAM VADİSİ SPORT FESTIVAL  ORGANIZATION
 
Yaşam Vadisi Sport Festival united sports lovers of all ages on April 28, 2019 under the leadership of Istanbul Gelisim University’s Health and Sport Department Directorate and with the partnership of Istanbul Gelişim University  BESYO and Municipality of Beylükdüzü.
Yaşam Vadisi Sport Festival was a great success. After the footrace organized in public, students and children categories, Zumba, modern dance, aikido/Capoeira, gymnastics, Paw Touch, Hip-Hop concerts and performances attracted sports lovers. During the scene performances, some activities such as Yoga, Pilates/Aerobics, Child Coordination Course and basketball tournament are realized on the lawn of Yaşam Vadisi.
 
Broad participation to Footrace Organization
 
Yaşam Vadisi Sport Festival which united hundreds of sports fan from all ages  started by the footrace activity that commenced at Ceremony Area of Yaşam Vadisi and continued into 1^st Phase.

Participants in Public and Student Categories ran 4 kms while participants in Children Category ran 800 meters to reach the finish line. Champions of public and student races have won sport center membership for one year, while the second places had a membership for six months and the third ones for three months For Children category all participating children won a medal and swimming training for 1 month.

Ranking participants of the footrace had their awards delivered by the 1^st deputy mayor of Beylikdüzü Municipality, Mr. Serdal Mumcu, Member of Beylikdüzü Municipality Council and Director of Sport Commission, Mr. Ali Mesut Çelik,  Director of Sport and Youth Services Miss Fidan Gül and Director of Istanbul Gelisim University  School of Physical Education and Sport Mr. Mehmet Soyal.
