The National Women's Volleyball Team won the FIVB Nations League final 3-1 against China, making them the champions of the tournament. The Sultans of the Net achieved a historic victory, rising to first place in the world rankings after winning the FIVB Nations League.

 The final, held in Arlington, USA and broadcast on TRT SPOR, saw the Sultans of the Net face China in a closely contested match. The first set ended with the Sultans of the Net ahead 25-22. Despite gaining a four-point lead (5-9) at the beginning of the second set, the national team was unable to maintain their advantage and China finished ahead 25-22. In the third set, both teams exchanged points before the national team finished ahead 25-19. The national team maintained their effective play until the end of the fourth set, winning it 25-16 and the match 3-1, thus becoming champions for the first time in the organization's history.
