2008. She won two gold medals in London 2012 and another in Rio four years later.

many more benefits than I can't count."
What Is Ellie Simmonds Doing During the Pandemic?
Ellie Simmonds: When the restrictions first started, we could 't even step into the pool and had to
adjust all our schedules according to the pandemic. I did not let this difficult process take me away
from sports. I tried to maintain my form with various exercises.

have significant effects on mental health.
Ellie, exercise not only helps physically but also mentally and I can push my body to its limits it
clears my mind.
My advice to all people, not just disabled individuals like me, is that there are many opportunities to
do sports around us, such as going for a walk every day, or walking your dog, it will not only benefit your
physical health but also help you stay mentally healthy.
