Education and Sports and also the head of the Department of Exercise and Sports Sciences for the
Disabled. Lecturer Taner Atasoy became its member.
Providing information about the Department of Exercise and Sports Sciences for the Disabled, Atasoy
said; " Our department, which was opened for the education of disabled individuals in the field of
sports sciences in Turkey, is a pioneer on behalf of the sports community. " In our department, our
students receive training for mentally and physically disabled individuals."
We aim to raise generations that are more conscious and progress with scientific methods and to
create a more livable, social, and active living space for disabled individuals in our country and around
the world. He stated that our university and our department are always open to our student
candidates with all their opportunities.
